Les Goodman, President Les Goodman joined Parvus as President in 2006 following three decades of senior-level management, marketing and sales experience in industrial control, instrumentation, and human machine interface markets. Most recently, Goodman served as Group President for Arcom Group, which enjoyed robust growth during his five year tenure leading up to Eurotech Group’s 2006 acquisition. Prior to Arcom, Goodman worked as Managing Director for UK-based Servomex and as President of Red Lion Controls. Goodman holds bachelors, masters and doctorate degrees in business management from Susquehanna University, York College, and Nova Southeastern University. He is also a former US Army and Pennsylvania State police helicopter pilot. Dusty G. Kramer, VP of Sales and Marketing Dusty Kramer is a proven business leader with extensive experience in leading technology organizations to achieve above-target revenue goals. Initially hired at Parvus as Director of Sales Operations in 2006 and subsequently promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2009, Kramer has been responsible for directing diverse teams of professionals in rolling out strategic sales and marketing programs that have advanced Parvus' product and service offerings. Before joining Parvus, Kramer was Director of Sales Operations for Linux Networx, where he managed and led its sales organization through consistent growth. Kramer’s experience also includes senior sales positions at Alta Technology, HewittRand Corporation, Arbor Computer Corporation and Micro Supply Inc. Kramer emphasized marketing in his business management program from the University of Utah. Michael S. Masters, VP of Operations & Engineering Michael Masters became Vice President of Operations for Parvus in 2005, extending a long, distinguished career in manufacturing supply chain management where he held executive and director-level positions at Dayna Communications (now Intel), Gateway Computers, Sanyo Electronic (now Icon International), Flowserve Corporation, and Eaton-Kenway (now HK Systems). In 2012, Masters accepted additional responsibilities over Parvus' design engineering resources to streamline the company's product development initiatives. A resident of Sandy, Utah, Masters holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah. Kevin F. Childress, VP of Finance & Human Resources A certified public accountant, certified management accountant, and certified financial manager, Kevin Childress joined Parvus in 2007 as Vice President of Finance and Administration. Childress has more than two decades of comprehensive leadership experience. He previously held a director level position with American Stores, a Fortune 40 company, VP Finance, CFO positions with World Wireless Corporation, Security National Financial Corporation and Ikano Communications. Childress has a results-driven background in aggressive process improvements, full management of financial statements, budgeting and cost-control functions with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
